Troy Hunt, of Have I Been Pwned fame has created a workflow with instructions on how to spin up your own worker. You create your own repo on Github and run it from there with help from Power Automate & Cloudflare. Troy explains it here.
I don't really have that much of a spam problem, and I have a lot of other projects that I'd like to spend my time on so I doubt I'll get around to spinning up a purgatory worker. But if you do, please let me know how it goes by leaving a comment below.
